Paula
An AI-based daily planner and companion for older people living with forgetfulness.
Help with everyday life, without the black-mirror feeling.
Paula is a concept for people facing forgetfulness or early Alzheimer's. It's designed around the persona of Karl, 72, a retired master carpenter who wants to stay independent but feels left behind by modern technology.
Paula is an illustrated assistant that plans the day with him, reminds him of what's coming up and keeps him in touch with family. She is designed to be warm and approachable rather than technical.
